Most events are free and held around the beautiful surroundings of Einbunpin Lagoon in Sandgate, Queensland.
10am: 2nd Annual Queensland Penny Farthing Championship at Albert Bishop Park Nundah (QPFAHCC Club membership required to participate in Championship)
10.30am: Social Ride from Albert Bishop Park Nundah to Einbunpin Lagoon Sandgate
12.30pm: Vintage Bicycles and Tricycles 19th Century High Tea riding from Einbunpin to Olga’s at Shorncliffe ($40 per person high tea)
2pm: Swing Dancing (Einbunpin Lagoon)
2.30pm: Penny Farthing Turtle Ride (Einbunpin Lagoon)
3pm: Penny Farthing Stack (Einbunpin Lagoon)
3.30pm: 2nd Annual Queensland Penny Farthing and Historical Cycle Club Tweed Ride Einbunpin to Decker Park and return. ($5 includes cost of refreshments and donation to Sandgate Men’s Shed)
6.30pm: Annual dinner with Guest speakers Paul and Charlie Farren the owners of Australia’s best antique bicycle collection. ($45 members, $50 non members)
There will be stalls, music, dancing, a town crier and historical children’s games to entertain the young and young at heart .

Some events have strict cut off dates for attendance. It is helpful if you are thinking of coming to let us know for catering and logistics but you can just turn up to on the day. Also don’t forget to consider becoming a member or make sure your membership is up to date, we can’t survive and run events without your support (we have a new online form for your details).
